SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into a 2 quart shallow casserole dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and pecans. Sprinkle over top of potatoes and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. May add raisins if desired.
