GARBANZO SALAD 
2 cans garbanzo beans
1 tsp. red chili powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 sm. tomatoes, cut into sm. pieces
3 potatoes
Cilantro (optional)

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Add a little water so the potatoes are immersed in the water. Let if boil for a while, about 5 minutes. Add salt, red chili powder and garbanzo beans. Cook for a while about 5 to 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and tomatoes and simmer for a while. Add chopped cilantro. Serve it plain or with bread or rice.
