ROAST LAMB | |
For a 10-12 pound leg of lamb. Sprinkle all over with garlic salt. Rub all over with powdered ginger. Add crushed, dried mint or sprigs of fresh mint. Cook in a roaster with 10-12 oz. ginger ale. Using 30 minutes per pound, cook covered in a 300 degree oven. Uncover for the last 30 minutes. Serves 10-12. |
