PEACH COBBLER 
2 lg. cans sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 recipe for double crust pie
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 4 ingredients in large pan and cook until thickened. Prepare pie dough. Roll out half of dough and put in oblong pan. Pour peach mixture into pie crust. Roll out remaining pie dough. Place over peach mixture. Pour melted butter over crust and sprinkle with mixture of 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. Fantastic with vanilla ice cream. Pig out!
