BARBECUED MEAT SANDWICHES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
Green pepper flakes (to your taste)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. catsup

Brown meat until crumbly but not hard. Add other ingredients; cover and simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
