OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
Chicken (amount needed for your family)
1 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Seasoning salt
Pepper

Wash chicken pieces and skin, if desired. Sprinkle with desired amount of seasoning salt and pepper. Combine egg and milk in bowl. Dip chicken in this mixture then roll in flour to coat. Line sheet pan with foil, pour in enough oil to coat bottom of pan. Place chicken pieces in sheet pan, dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
