PEACH COBBLER | |
8 lg, fresh, ripe peaches 1 c. Bisquick 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 sm. egg 2/3 stick butter Slice ripe peaches into baking dish. Mix Bisquick and sugar together with a fork and drop small egg into the middle of mixture. Pitch sugar and Bisquick mixture into egg (with fork) until crumbly. Slice 2/3 stick butter very thin and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and crispy. |
