GEORGIA PEACH ICE CREAM 
2 c. ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
1 1/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 lg. eggs
2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 c. milk

Combine peaches, 1/2 cup sugar and the lemon juice in bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Whisk eggs in a blow until light and fluffy (1 - 2 minutes). Whisk remaining 3/4 cup sugar, a little at a time. Whip 1 minute more. Add cream and milk and whisk. Add peaches and their juice. Put in ice cream maker. I double recipe for my maker.
