PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 c. heavy cream
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix sugar and flour together. Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture into pie shell. Add peaches to pie shell. Sprinkle peaches with remaining sugar-flour mix.

Pour cream over top of pie. Move peaches around so that cream completely covers the peaches. Bake 45 minutes. Serve chilled.
