POT ROAST DINNER 
3 - 3 1/2 lb. boneless beef pot toast (rump or chuck)
4 med. potatoes, quartered
4 med. carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 env. Lipton onion or beefy onion soup mix
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place beef on heavy duty aluminum foil (about 30 x 18 inch); arrange vegetables around beef. Pour on soup mix blended with water. Wrap foil loosely around beef and vegetables sealing edges airtight with a double fold. Place in shallow baking pan and bake 2 hours or until beef is tender. Makes about 6 servings.
