CHEESE CAKE (CHERRY) 
Graham cracker crust
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

FILLING FOR CHEESE CAKE:

1 (6 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 bigger can evaporated milk, put milk in refrigerator for 2 days before using
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups water. When Jello begins to set put in cream cheese. Whip it in. Then whip the milk. When it forms peaks, put in the 1/2 cup of sugar, then mix all ingredients together. Pour over the crust. When the cheese cake is set, it can be topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
