LEMON COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
Shake of nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon peel
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Blend sugar, butter, egg and sour cream. Blend in dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees. 4 dozen cookies.
