ITALIAN SALAMI & CHEESE CROSTINI 
1 lg. loaf Italian bread, cut in half, then in thirds
Olive oil
3 tsp. minced garlic
BLAIR pepper to taste
BLAIR Italian seasoning to taste
24 slices Italian dry salami
24 slices smoked Provolone cheese

Preheat oven to broil. Place bread slices on baking sheet. Brush each side with olive oil and spread with garlic. Place bread under broiler and toast. Remove from oven. Arrange salami and Provolone on bread, sprinkle with pepper and Italian seasoning. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve. Yield: 6 servings.
