APPLE CRISPS 
4 c. tart apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pare, core, and slice apples into 9 inch pie pan or dish. Season with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients with fingertips (or pastry blender). Spread these crumbly ingredients over the apples. Bake about 30 minutes.
