STRAWBERRY JAM CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. strawberry jam
Butter Cream Frosting

Cream butter and sugar in bowl. Add eggs; beat again. Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Add to cream mixture alternately with buttermilk. Fold in jam. Bake 350 degrees about 35 to 45 minutes in 2 greased 9 inch cake pans. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Frost.
