GAZPACHO SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 med. green pepper, minced or diced
1 sm. onion, minced
1 cucumber, minced
2 sm. minced green peppers, or 1 jalapeno is enough
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoning blend or seasoned salt
1 tsp. instant minced garlic or fresh chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped chives
2 drops hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine in a blender, blend until smooth. Season to taste. Chill and serve with lemon juice. (This is very spicy so go easy on the peppers until you can judge how much to add).
