GROUND TURKEY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, with liquid
4 c. canned tomatoes & juice, chopped fine
2 packets beef or chicken bouillon (low salt type)
3 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked

Brown turkey in non stick skillet. Add vegetables and bouillon. Bring to a boil and add macaroni. Boil, uncovered until macaroni is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. If needed, add more tomato.
