MICROWAVE GROUND TURKEY
MEATBALLS
 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dried minced onion

Mix together all ingredients. Shape into balls and arrange in a circle in a 9 or 10 inch glass pie plate. Cover plate with wax paper.

Microwave on high 8 to 11 minutes, rotating plate and turning meatballs over once or twice during cooking.

Makes 12 large, 18 medium, or 24 small meatballs. One of my kids' favorites.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

Quick and easy but too salty. Also with a high powered microwave would do only 8 minutes cook time.
