TURKEY MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. minced parsley, fresh
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. fat skimmed turkey broth
1 can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. peeled, chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. spaghetti

Combine turkey, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs and cook until browned. Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Heat to boiling. Add meatballs; cover and simmer about 40 to 50 minutes. Uncover, simmer until sauce is gravy thick. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions. Makes about 6 servings (490 calories each).
