TURKEY MEATBALL SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. plain bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. minced onion sauteed in
2 tbsp. butter

Mix well with hands. Set aside.

4 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
2 celery stalks, sliced thin
2 med. carrots, sliced thin
2 c. noodles, cooked

Bring broth to a boil. Add celery and carrots (sliced thin). Simmer for 10 minutes.

Shape turkey mixture into 1 inch balls. Add to broth and cook 15 minutes (slighty wet hands help).

Add noodles and cook 5 minutes longer. Let set a few minutes before serving.
