SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. sausage, hot or mild
2 lg. onions
1 stalk celery
1 green pepper
2 c. uncooked rice
2 pkgs. Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Crumble and fry sausage until slightly brown. Drain on paper towels. Pour off 1/3 cup of drippings. Add cut up onions, celery, pepper, and rice. Brown slightly.

Prepare soup as directed. Combine all ingredients and add almonds. Pour in large casserole and cook, covered, at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, stirring 3 times while baking. Serve with green salad or crisp green beans. Serves 10-12.
