TIM'S BEEF BRISKET 
4 to 5 lbs. brisket
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. liquid smoke
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. Woody's B-B-Q sauce

Mix ingredients together and pour over brisket; seal or cover tightly and marinate overnight. Place in a covered pan and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Uncover and drain. Cover with Woody's B-B-Q sauce and cook another hour.
