BEEF BRISKET 
3-4 lb. brisket
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. smoke sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
Salt & pepper

Mix seasonings together. Put brisket in cooking bag, add seasonings. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 5 hours at 300 degrees.
