GRILLED CHEESE AND TUNA
SANDWICHES
 
6 1/8 oz. tuna, drained & flaked
1/4 c. pitted chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
4 slices of cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 slices bread

Preheat griddle. In medium bowl, combine tuna, olives, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with cheese slices and remaining bread. Spread butter on both sides of sandwiches. Grill about 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Makes 4 sandwiches.
