BANANA PECAN YAMS 
6 med. yams, mashed fresh or canned
1 c. of chopped pecans
1/4 c. mashed banana
1/4 c. softened butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and mix well until blended. Turn into a 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serves 6
