FAVORITE MEATLOAF 
1 clove garlic
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mince garlic. Combine with beef, pork and veal, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, egg, parsley, milk, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and shape into loaf. Splash top with Worcestershire sauce. Bake for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 328 calories, 23 grams fat per serving.
