SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
2 pkg. country style spare ribs
3 cans Italian crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp. oil
1 whole onion
2 leaves dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown onion in oil. Brown meat and basil in oil. Drain all fat. Add crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste to fried meat. Add tomato paste after one hour. Simmer for 2 hours.
