PINEAPPLE FILLED BISCUITS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained, reserve juice
2 (7.5 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

GLAZE:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp. reserved pineapple juice

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine cream cheese and pineapple; mix well.

Flatten each biscuit to 3 inch round. Place 1 well rounded teaspoon of filling in center of each biscuit. Wrap dough around filling; seal well. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 8-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Combine powdered sugar and enough pineapple juice for drizzling consistency; mix well. Drizzle glaze over warm biscuits.

Makes 20 biscuits.
