POTATOES, BACON AND ONION FRY 
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 lb. bacon (8 strips)
1 small onion, chopped
bacon drippings - or you can use butter or cooking oil

In skillet cook bacon according to package instructions - drain and set aside.

While bacon is cooking cut potatoes into small pieces about an inch long and 1-inch wide.

In clean skillet add enough butter, bacon drippings or oil to coat the potatoes for frying. When potatoes are half done add the onion and bacon and cook till golden brown.

Serve with smoked sausage/kielbasa or your favorite meat.

Serves 4 to 6.
