POTATOES AND PORK CHOPS 
6 med. potatoes
6 pork chops
6 carrots
1 sm. green pepper
1 c. boiling water
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, carrots and green pepper in well greased baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper and flour. Lay pork chops on top of vegetables - rub chops with garlic and salt. Cover with boiling water and milk. Bake in moderate (350 degree) oven until chops and vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes.
