BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT 
STEP 1:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Melt butter; add nuts and flour. Mix well; press into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; do not over bake.

STEP 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and place over Step 1.

STEP 3:
3 c. milk
2 boxes butterscotch pudding

Blend on low speed until thick; about 2 minutes. Pour over Step 2.

STEP 4:

Place 1 small carton Cool Whip over Step 3. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
