ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE IMPERIAL 
4 c. sliced zucchini
2 c. boiling water

Cook for 5 minutes, drain and put in large bowl. 1 c. mayonnaise 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Add to zucchini. Put in buttered casserole. 2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Combine and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Very good!
