CORN BREAD PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed) (can use garlic powder)
2 tsp. chili powder (pure)
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
2 1/3 c. corn bread mix
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, pour off fat. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and cook until onion is limp. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

Prepare corn bread mix using proportions in muffin recipe (1 egg, 1 cup milk).

Spread batter over bottom and sides of greased 12 inch pizza or tart pan. Spoon beef mixture evenly over batter and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes and until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
