PIZZA BATTER BREAD 
3 c. all purpose flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. oil or butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. finely chopped pepperoni

Combine in bowl 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, oregano, garlic powder and onion. Heat water, oil, sugar and salt until warm. Add to dry mixture and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in pepperoni and remaining flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise until double. Stir down and spread in greased casserole dish or 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Let rise until double again. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf.
