QUICK ROLLS 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream or low-fat plain yogurt
2 c. biscuit baking mix

Combine all ingredients; stir until moistened. Drop 1 tablespoon of mixture into regular muffin tins. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes approximately 20 rolls.
