2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing mix (original mix)
1 jar salad olives
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Soften cream cheese with a fork, then add dressing mix (dry). Mix thoroughly. Add olives and again mix well. Shape into ball and roll in Cheddar cheese, top with nuts (if you prefer).
