OLIVE CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
5 oz. jar bleu cheese
1 stick butter
3/8 c. chopped ripe olives
1 tbsp. chives or parsley

Combine cheeses and butter in mixer. Stir in olives and chives. Chill for 2 hours and form into ball. Roll in nuts. Chill additional 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
