BEEF, CHICKEN OR PORK BARBECUE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 c. tomato paste or sauce
1/2 c. broth saved from cooking meat
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. catsup

Cook beef, chicken or pork (3 1/2 hours) until it pulls apart easy; set aside. Simmer butter, onion, pepper, tomato paste; simmer 15 minutes. Mix with meat; simmer for 15 minutes. Mix in Tabasco, pepper and catsup. Remove from heat. Let cool. Stir in sugar, mustard and white sauce. Add 1/2 cup broth.
