PLUM RASPBERRY JELLY 
5 c. chopped plums (including skins)
1 sm. pkg. frozen raspberries
1 pkg. Sure-Jell or MCP pectin
7 c. sugar

Mix fruit and pectin; bring to a boil and add sugar. Bring to rolling boil and cook for 4 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars. Enjoy! Makes 7 pints.
