PIZZELLES 
1 dozen large eggs
2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vanilla
3 tsp. anise extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
6 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine eggs, oil, sugar and spices together with a mixer. Blend well. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet. Mix well. Place 1 teaspoon batter on hot pizzelle iron and cook 30 seconds or until golden. Store in a box. Makes 11 dozen.
