VEGETABLE QUICHE 
2 tbsp. butter or bacon
1 med. cauliflower, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
2 med. onions
1 clove garlic (or use garlic salt)
1 1/2 tsp. basil, oregano, salt (or/& other seasonings you like)
Dash of pepper
4 tomatoes, chopped (or use 1 pt. cherry tomatoes)
8-10 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Fry vegetables in fat or butter, season. Beat eggs, milk and cheese. (Save 1/2 cup cheese for top.) Add vegetables. Put in 10 x 13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
