SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) can shrimp
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces
3 eggs, hard cooked
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

TOPPING:

1 c. American cheese, shredded (or Cheddar)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Drain shrimp. Remove bones and cartilage from the crabmeat and flake. Pour oil from tuna and flake the fish. Cut eggs into quarters lengthwise or slice. Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and blend. Add milk, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of seafood, eggs and sauce, ending with the sauce. Combine topping of cheese, crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned on top. Bake at 350 degrees.

Serves 6.
