CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
2 lbs. chicken cutlets
1/4 lb. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 med. onion
3/4 c. Campbell's chicken broth
3/4 c. white wine (optional)

Bread chicken in plain bread crumbs and fry in 1/4 lb. butter.

Saute mushrooms and onions in mushroom juice. Lay chicken in flat pan. Pour mushrooms, onions, 1/4 lb. melted butter, chicken broth and wine over chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. Serve over rice.
