PEPPERONI BREAD 
Mix:

3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Blend:

1/2 c. salad oil
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. lukewarm water

Knead and let rise - twice. Divide into 3 equal parts. Roll thin layer with cheese and pepperoni. Roll as jelly roll. Brush roll with beaten egg white.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
