MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients and pour over a combination of green and black olives, artichoke hearts, cut up, carrots, celery, cauliflower, green peppers, whole canned mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Let stand in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
