1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Hershey's Chocolate Kisses
Extra sugar to coat dough

Combine all ingredients except Kisses and extra sugar. Shape dough into balls, approximately 1 tsp. Roll in sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 10 - 12 minutes. When done quickly top each with a Kiss pressing firmly into cookie.
