SHRIMP & CASHEW STIR-FRY 
1 lb. shrimp, shelled
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. cashews

Combine shrimp and soy sauce. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients; stir-fry 2 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
