6 c. diced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated carrots
1 stick butter
1 lb. ground beef

Butter 9"x13" pan. Layer zucchini and onion in pan; bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown ground beef. Remove zucchini from pan. Put stuffing in bottom of pan; add zucchini and onion; then browned beef. Combine soups, grated carrot and butter in saucepan and heat. Pour over ingredients in pan. Bake 45 minutes.
