JOANIE'S POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
4 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper

Cook spuds in skins and let cool; peel or cook a day ahead. Dice and melt butter. Add sour cream, spuds, and onion. Layer in greased casserole, alternating potato mixture and grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
