APPLE DESSERT 
3 c. flour
3 sticks butter
3 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

12-15 apples, sliced
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix together ingredients for crust. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Put over crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with foil and bake another 15 minutes. Cool. Cook 2 packages vanilla pudding according to directions; let cool. Spread on top of cooled apples. When pudding is set, spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
